说明
精细识别全基因组复制事件，生成基因组同源表。
功能
- 生成同源基因点图。
- 通过colinerscan和mcscanx两个模块生成基因组同源表。
- 计算同源对的ks。
- 在同源基因点图中标记同源块的ks值，以帮助确定由不同加倍事件产生的共线片段。
安装
pip install wgdi
用法
以下是使用此模块的两种方法。第一个是通过模块调用传入配置参数选项。有关特定参数，请参见选项。第二种方法是执行脚本并将配置参数选项写入扩展名为的配置文件。具体执行方法见选项。

More information, try to use 'wgdi -ks example'每个参数都是一个处理程序，详细信息可以通过wgdi-*example（*represent argument）获得，并保存到your.conf或options。

修改参数后，执行class。运行（）或wgdi-*your.conf。
