GMX_ClusterByFeatures

它是为gromacs md tracky开发的。但是，它可以与 任何其他的弹道格式转换成格罗马克格式后的弹道。
在Linux和MacOS上安装
sudo pip3 install gmx-clusterByFeatures
不依赖格罗马克。安装并使用。
