##安装
###使用PIP3安装：
$ sudo apt-get install libffi-dev libssl-dev python-dev python3-dev python3-pip $ pip3 install netizens
###手动安装：
$ git clone https://github.com/netizens/python-netizens/ $ cd python-netizens $ python3 setup.py install –user
###升级
$ pip3 install –user –upgrade netizens
