基因组
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Motif Scan使用之前，需要为相应的基因组组装构建先决条件。
：
$genomecompile[-h][-v]-g序列。fa-o output_dir
需要对每个基因组运行一次。
build motif pwm（可选）
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
**注意：*motif scan在包的数据/motif下提供一些预处理的motif pwm文件。
如果您有一些未包含在我们预编译的motif集合中的motif，则需要使用以下命令。
：：
$motif compile–m motif_pwm_demo.txt–g hg19_for_motif scan
-m motif raw matrix file
-g由genomecompile生成的预编译基因组目录
motif raw matrix file应遵循以下格式：
motif id和motif name后跟正加权矩阵和列被选项卡分隔。

我们建议您通过选项-t指定基因注释文件（refseq）。使用以下命令执行程序。

**注意：**使用-h/--help获取所有参数的详细信息。
