Windows 10和pip升级-拒绝访问

我也有同样的问题。如果您右键单击运行cmd“as administrator”，它就会工作。

如前所述，here，这是一个Windows限制。简而言之，pip.exe文件正在使用，因此被锁定，无法删除。使用python -m pip install --upgrade pip。

在相同情况下，我的第一个选择是使用管理员权限启动控制台。您可以从“开始”菜单中执行此操作，或者如果您使用的是ConEmu/Cmder，只需以管理员身份运行新的instance/tab即可。
