Python2 while循环在第二次迭代中失败

程序在一次迭代(一个温度猜测)中运行良好,如果我告诉它停止,程序会很好地中断,但是如果我输入另一个温度,程序会在中途暂停。我可以从打印命令中看到,它接受温度输入并根据该输入计算强度,但均方根偏差计算失败

不知何故,“rmsd”函数不喜欢它在第二次运行时看到的内容。为什么会这样?为什么要停在中间呢?

您似乎正在用其返回值覆盖rmsd函数。在循环中使用不同的变量名,则不会出现此问题:

while True:
    # ...

    rmsd_value = rmsd(...)   # don't do rmsd = ... here, or you overwrite the function!

    # ...
