每当我试图用pip安装任何东西时，我都会收到一个错误：-

WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

我看你有Python。这很好，但是你不能用pip。您应该使用conda命令。用它就像你想要的那样conda install numpy将在您的计算机上安装numpy软件包
