它正在处理对象,甚至将dtype参数提供给dataframe构造函数也不会将其转换为整数

必须将其显式转换为int:

ratings_list = [[int(j) for j in i.strip().split("::") if j] for i in open('ratings.txt', 'r').readlines()]

然后继续。我试过了,效果很好
