当您使用conda作为包管理器时，还应该使用它来安装pyarrow和arrow-cpp。在上面的输出中，VSCode使用pip进行包管理。你应该考虑向VSCode报告这是一个错误。当前环境被检测为venv，而不是左下角Python环境框中显示的conda环境

目前最好的解决方法是转到终端并手动键入conda install pyarrow=0.17 arrow-cpp=0.17。请注意，实际上不需要提供0.17.*，因为conda会自动将0.17扩展为0.17.*
