Pycharm未使用nosetests配置文件

PyCharm在运行时没有从nose配置文件中加载任何设置，而Python的解释器却能加载。请问我该如何让PyCharm使用这个配置文件呢？我也想了解一下原因。

很重要的一点是，这些设置必须来自配置文件，而不仅仅是我在PyCharm中的参数设置。我的设置只有3个文件，但我最终会用这个答案来共享测试设置。

这是我的设置：

在解释器（也就是在PyCharm外面）运行时，"nose.cfg"的设置被识别并执行，结果是：

从我看到的情况来看，PyCharm的环境是知道nose.cfg文件的，但出于某种原因，它选择不加载这个文件。我不知道为什么。
