很遗憾,pyglpk这个工具在新版本的GLPK上无法使用。我觉得最后一个可以正常工作的版本是GLPK 4.47。

本来想在原问题下留言,但我的声望不够,不能这样做。
我最近升级到Ubuntu 14.04时也遇到了同样的问题,这个版本自带的GLPK是4.52。很多旧的接口已经被淘汰,不能再公开使用了。我这里有一个解决办法:https://github.com/bradfordboyle/pyglpk。

我不确定这是不是一个通用的解决办法,但对我使用GLPK的需求来说,这个方法有效。我只是把软件换回了一个旧版本,然后就可以用了。
首先,卸载最新的版本:
brew remove glpk
然后安装一个旧版本(4.39)。
cd $(brew --prefix)
git checkout a82e823 Library/Formula/glpk.rb
brew install glpk
这样就可以正常使用了:
pip install glpk
