我在使用Easy_install在Pycharm中安装第三方包时，遇到了“找不到vcvarsall.bat”的错误。

我安装了MinGW，确认gcc编译器已被标记，配置了distutils.cfg，并修改了PATH变量，但我发现了以下问题：

我是在Windows 8上工作。也许问题出在Python的*.h文件上。有什么想法吗？

这个关键错误是这样的

 src/connection.h:33:21: error: sqlite3.h: No such file or directory

你没有sqlite3的头文件，所以它无法编译这个扩展。MinGW编译器似乎工作得还不错。

你需要去下载源代码，然后自己编译一下，并让easy_install可以找到它，其他依赖项也是一样。

不过，我想知道为什么你需要安装pysqlite，既然标准的Windows Python安装包里已经包含了sqlite3模块。你只需要打开解释器，输入import sqlite3命令就可以了。
