安装

python setup.py安装
测试
----
每个代码提交都会触发一个**travis ci**生成。检查https://travis ci.org/python cas/python cas上的当前生成状态
测试由“py test”和“tox”管理。
在运行安装之前，您需要安装所需的测试包：：
在本地的所有环境中：：
