java如何在CXF请求拦截器中从SoapMessage获取WSDL操作名

我试图获取wsdl操作名（SOAPAction），但它给了我空值。我已经在camel blueprint中编写了一个请求拦截器。
要执行的任务：目标是拦截Web服务请求，检索用户名&；来自Header&；检查用户是否有权使用请求的SOAPAction/OperationName。我怎样才能做到这一点。？有没有其他方法可以做到这一点
