首先，动态项目是以错误的方式创建的

我用tomcat 8.5.57 version进行了JDK 8测试

我在tomcat上部署项目时遇到了这个问题：

More than one fragment with the name [spring_web] was found. This is not legal with relative ordering. See section 8.2.2 2c of the Servlet specification for details. Consider using absolute ordering

我修复了网络。xml中添加<absolute-ordering/>

该项目部署在tomcat上，并且正在运行
