安装i后无法在ubuntu 18.04.3上启动jupyter笔记本

我使用pip解决了安装/更新库pyzmq的问题：

pip3 install pyzmq

注意：如果您使用的是Python2，请使用pip。你知道吗

如果使用conda，则可以运行：

conda install -c anaconda pyzmq
