在建立pymysql连接之前,将下面的命令添加到任意位置。它添加了新的numpy.float64编码器。

pymysql.converters.encoders[np.float64] = pymysql.converters.escape_float
pymysql.converters.conversions = pymysql.converters.encoders.copy()
pymysql.converters.conversions.update(pymysql.converters.decoders)

您可以通过为每个np.float变量添加一个float方法来解决此问题,如下所示:

variable = float(variable)

库尝试将提供的参数格式化为MySQL可以理解的格式。为此,它检查每个参数的类型,以确定输入的格式。

但是,由于您的lib不知道numpy.float64,它会回退到默认编码器,而默认编码器恰好是用于字符串(unicode)的编码器。Here is the relevent piece of code
