我想使用structuredtext在标题和图像之间添加一个空行（或添加更多的空白）：

但我不知道怎么做？

使用管道垂直线键，如下所示

   ====
   John 
   ====

       .. image:: _static/john.JPG
           :alt: John
           :height: 300px
           :width: 400px

这应该管用。
