如果在windows shell中运行命令python并得到错误消息，“python”不会被识别为内部或外部命令、可操作程序或bathc文件，请执行以下操作：

将python替换为py，因此在命令提示符下键入py，它就可以工作了。

Again type "py" NOT "python" in your command prompt and it should work !
