BLAS/LAPACK未安装：如何安装？

Ubuntu没有cblas或openblas的二进制分布，这是tsne根据其github所必需的。不过，Ubuntu上提供的ATLAS带有预编译的cblas。

在Ubuntu，debian中，它应该与：

apt-get install libatlas-base-dev 

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/atlas

如果需要不同的编译器选项，则必须自己构建openblas。

并检查在/usr/lib中是否有libcblas.a

下载OpenBLAS的副本并自行编译。使用make install将其安装到/usr/local中。官方存储库中有OpenBLAS和ATLAS包以及其他任何东西，但它们的性能令人怀疑。
