你是否正确安装了freetype？如果有的话，安装目录下应该有一个名为ft2build.h的文件，找到该文件的目录是应该用-I指定的目录。字符串“GnuWin32”不会出现在生成命令的输出中的任何位置，因此看起来您没有将该目录放入正确的包含列表中。

在Ubuntu 10.10上构建matplotlib时也会出现此错误。解决办法是：

sudo apt-get install python-dev libfreetype6-dev
