试图通过anaconda安装yolov3

我正在做关于对象检测的论文项目，我决定使用这个git hub（https://github.com/reigngt09/yolov3workflow/tree/master/2_YoloV3_Execute）来安装yolov3

但是，我无法执行代码conda env create -f yolo.yml

所以我尝试使用pip install -r requirements.txt，但也出现了一个错误

我犯的错误是

根据https://pypi.org/project/mkl-fft/尝试使用其他版本运行当前版本为1.0.6，替换requirements.txt中的行并使其mkl fft==1.0.6
