Python ffmpeg不接受路径，为什么？

Windows操作系统中最简单的解决方案是将ffmpeg.exe与Python脚本放在同一文件夹中

出现错误的原因是ffmpeg.exe不在操作系统的执行路径中。
注意：执行pip install ffmpeg-python不会下载FFmpeg应用程序（但Python包需要FFmpeg可执行文件才能运行）
