装饰程序版本的InstagramAPi安装错误

在运行pip install InstagramAPI时，我得到以下错误。你知道吗

"networkx 2.1 has requirement decorator>=4.1.0, but you'll have decorator 4.0.11 which is incompatible"

所以我卸载了decorator并使用pip install decorator==4.1.0重新安装了它。我向pip list确认了decorator的版本。然后我试着pip install InstagramApi我得到了同样的错误

我的decorator模块回归到了4.0.11版本！！！你知道吗

为什么不使用虚拟python环境（python包）呢？它应该解决这些依赖性问题。你知道吗
