Flask发送文件不发送fi

Question

我使用Flask和send_file()让人们从服务器下载文件。

我目前的代码如下：

我添加.f137.mp4的唯一原因是，我使用AWS C9作为我的在线IDE，并且我无法在Amazon Linux上安装FFMPEG来组合音频和视频。然而，这不是问题所在。问题是它没有发送下载请求。
