在Plotly中为条形图添加注释

Question

我想在Plotly中创建的条形图中添加一些注释。我只想在每个栏上显示数据值，而不需要将鼠标悬停在上面。

大多数数据操作已经完成，并且我的两个主要数据帧已经创建：
