SUD生成的XML不正确

如你所见 '分类事件代码' 元素周围的所有其他元素，这不应该存在。如果我将这个xml剪切并粘贴到SOAPUI中，然后首先删除这个元素，然后直接将其发布到web服务，那么它将成功工作。
