我在Mavericks 10.9上尝试通过pip安装psycopg2时遇到了以下错误：

我也修改了系统自带的Python对它原始编译选项的理解（就像@user3405479做的那样）。我没有用编辑器，而是用命令行工具直接在文件上进行修改（这样文件的inode会改变）。我还重新编译了新的pyo和pyc文件，而不是把它们留空。

接下来这些命令需要以管理员身份运行，比如在sudo -i下。

pushd /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7

sed 's/-mno-fused-madd//g' _sysconfigdata.py \ | diff -p _sysconfigdata.py - | patch -b

python -m py_compile _sysconfigdata.py

python -OO -m py_compile _sysconfigdata.py

popd

这里有一个解决方法，就是从Python的安装中去掉一个标记。

在 /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/_sysconfigdata.py 这个文件里，有几个地方设置了 -mfused-madd 和 -mno-fused-madd 这个标记。

你需要编辑这个文件，把所有提到这个标记的地方都删掉，这样你的编译就应该能正常工作了：

sudo sed -i '.old' 's/ -m\(no-\)\{0,1\}fused-madd //g' /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/_sysconfigdata.py

你还需要删除对应的 _sysconfigdata.pyc 和 _sysconfigdata.pyo 文件 - 至少在我的系统上，这些文件不会自动重建：

cd /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/
sudo rm _sysconfigdata.pyo _sysconfigdata.pyc

注意，进行这些更改时需要使用管理员权限。

更新：10.9.3版本解决了系统CPython的问题。

这个问题是由于今天苹果发布的Xcode 5.1更新了clang，影响了很多用户，希望很快能有解决办法。

更新：没想到这个问题引起了这么多关注，下面是更多细节：苹果提供的clang 3.4默认会对不认识的标志报错，而CPython在构建模块时使用的是最初编译时的标志。系统自带的CPython是用一些clang不认识的标志编译的，这就导致了这个问题。以下是当前Mavericks（10.9.2）版本的CPython编译标志：

-I/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/include/python2.7 -I/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/include/python2.7 -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-common -dynamic -arch x86_64 -arch i386 -g -Os -pipe -fno-common -fno-strict-aliasing -fwrapv -mno-fused-madd -DENABLE_DTRACE -DMACOSX -DNDEBUG -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wshorten-64-to-32 -DNDEBUG -g -fwrapv -Os -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -DENABLE_DTRACE

要解决这个问题，你有几个选择：

  • 在你的编译标志中添加 ARCHFLAGS=-Wno-error=unused-command-line-argument-hard-error-in-future。
  • 传递 CFLAGS=""。
  • 从sysconfigdata.py中去掉不支持的标志（在另一个回答中有提到）。
  • 使用homebrew重新编译一个新的python。
  • 等下一个OS X更新，听说会重新编译Python/Ruby，以解决系统运行时的问题。

你可以通过在编译之前设置以下环境变量，告诉clang不要把这个当作错误：

export CFLAGS=-Qunused-arguments
export CPPFLAGS=-Qunused-arguments

然后 pip install psycopg2 应该就能正常工作了。

我在尝试 pip install lxml 时也遇到了同样的问题。

补充一下：如果你是以超级用户身份安装（这通常是因为你想要把东西安装到 /Library/Python/2.7/site-packages，这是苹果自带的Python版本，而不是你自己后续安装的其他Python版本），那么你需要按照@Thijs Kuipers在下面评论中提到的做法：

sudo -E pip install psycopg2

或者用你要替换的其他包名来做同样的事情，替换 psycopg2。

更新 [2014-05-16]：苹果在 OS X 10.9.3 中修复了这个问题，更新了系统自带的Python（2.7、2.6和2.5），所以在使用最新的Mavericks和 Xcode 5.1+ 时不再需要这个解决方法。不过，目前在使用 Xcode 5.1+ 的 OS X 10.8.x（山狮，目前是10.8.5）时，仍然需要这个解决方法。
