在Django settings.py文件中指定STATIC_ROOT和STATIC_URL时出错

我刚接触django和网页应用开发。

我想给我的演示网站添加CSS（我在Windows 7上使用django v1.4），但遇到了一个错误。我尝试了很多方法，浪费了差不多3到4个小时，还是没能解决这个问题。

我觉得我可能犯了一些低级错误，谁能告诉我我哪里出错了呢？

无论我做

http://localhost:8000/static/css.css

还是

python manage.py collectstatic

我都得到这个错误：

把行末的,去掉。
