运行Heroku Django教程时的问题

我一直在按照Heroku-Django教程的步骤（https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/django）来让一个Django应用在Heroku上运行，结果在部署这一步卡住了。我现在用的是OS X 10.8，如果这有影响的话。我严格按照说明操作，但到了部署这一步却遇到了以下错误：

我昨天已经把这个错误报告给support.heroku.com了，但还没有收到回复。https://status.heroku.com/显示目前没有任何问题。

这是我应用的目录结构：

运行 

python manage.py runserver

一切正常，我可以访问到预期的默认页面。

如果能给我一些下一步该检查的方向就太好了。我几个月前做过另一个Django Heroku应用，但当时没有遇到这些问题。

heroku日志的输出也没有什么帮助。

特别是，你可能需要考虑一下自己是否在正确的文件夹里，或者是不是应该在路径中加上 manage.py 和 hellodjango。

我发现使用 'heroku logs' 通常能很好地帮助我们排查这些问题。

我觉得我们可以试试用 gunicorn。我在本地机器上试过，效果不错，然后把它部署到一个示例应用上，也运行得很好（http://arcane-shore-6254.herokuapp.com）。

第一步: 在你的 requirements.txt 文件中添加 'gunicorn'。

第二步: 在你的 Procfile 文件中，把 'web' 进程改成：

web: gunicorn hellodjango.wsgi:application

第三步: 提交更改并重新部署。看看这样是否有效 :)

我觉得有些人遇到了unicode的问题：让我的基于sinatra的应用在Heroku上运行的问题

另外，也许你已经有一个叫“stormy-earth-5394”的Heroku项目，它正在尝试同步git仓库。你可以考虑删除这个无用的项目，然后创建一个新的Heroku项目：

heroku destroy --app stormy-earth-5394
heroku create

然后再试一次：

git push heroku master
heroku ps:scale web=1
