Django 非关系型数据库创建超级用户因非 ASCII 字符失败

因为你没有给它传任何参数，所以createsuperuser.py这个文件使用了Python的getpass模块来获取一个默认的用户名。（在createsuperuser.py的第59行）:

我觉得getpass.getuser()返回的字符串可能不是Python的UTF-8解码器能识别的。我的猜测是，你的Windows系统上的默认用户名可能是用某种较旧的、非Unicode的8位编码来表示的。比如说，你的默认Windows用户名里可能有一些带重音的字符？
