安装django数据库日志

我尝试从这里安装django db log，链接是 https://github.com/dcramer/django-db-log，我运行了 python setup.py install，但是当我把这个应用添加到settings.py文件里时，它却不工作了。下面是我遇到的错误信息：

所以我简单地认为这个项目和Django-1.3.1不兼容，因为有很多功能被弃用了...
