SciPy 最小二乘拟合优度估计器
我有一个数据表面,正在用SciPy的leastsq
函数来进行拟合。
我想在leastsq
函数返回结果后,得到一些关于拟合质量的估计。我原以为这个信息会作为函数的返回值,但如果有的话,似乎没有明确的文档说明。
请问有没有这样的返回值?或者有没有什么函数可以让我输入我的数据、返回的参数值和拟合函数,从而给我一个拟合质量的估计(比如R^2之类的)?

如果你这样调用 leastsq
:

其中
def residuals(a,x,y):
return y-f(x,a)
那么,使用这里给出的 R^2
的定义,
ss_err=(infodict['fvec']**2).sum()
ss_tot=((y-y.mean())**2).sum()
rsquared=1-(ss_err/ss_tot)
你问 infodict['fvec']
是什么?它是残差的数组:
