这是一个链接错误，不是编译错误。你需要链接到Python。正如你所看到的，使用“CrossGCC”工具链，你已经快成功了：

-lC:/Python27/libs/libpython27.a

你需要把这个改成

-LC:/Python27/libs -lpython
