在Python中,调用方法的方式是这样的:你调用的方法会把它所作用的对象作为第一个参数传进去,后面的参数依次往后推一个位置。当你像调用静态方法那样(比如用lexicon.scan)去调用时,第一个参数就不会被传入了。

方法lexicon.scan需要第一个参数是一个“lexicon”类型的对象,所以在你的测试中,你可能想要先创建一个lexicon对象(lex = lexicon(stuff)),然后从这个对象上调用scan方法(lex.scan("north"))。现在的调用方式是scan("north"),而你想要的调用方式应该是scan(lex, "north")
