我在构建GeoIP C库的时候遇到了链接错误，但我通过修改说明中的LDFLAGS解决了这个问题。原本他们让我链接winsock32，我改成了链接ws2_32。虽然“make check”这个测试还是有问题，但只是在两个通过名字查找国家代码的测试上出错。通过地址查找国家代码的测试都顺利完成了。

更好的选择是：pygeoip，这是一个纯Python的接口，用于MaxMind的GeoIP数据库，不再需要C语言的接口了。

python setup.py build_ext -cmingw32
（或者 -cmingw，我记不太清了。）
这样的话，它会尝试使用 MinGW 编译器（从命令行可以看到，它默认使用的是 MSVC）。
