ReportLab有可用的matplotlib吗?
我想直接把matplotlib生成的图表嵌入到ReportLab制作的PDF里,也就是说,不想先把图表保存成PNG格式再放进PDF里(我觉得这样输出的质量会更好)。
有没有人知道ReportLab有没有适合matplotlib的流动对象?

其实不止一种方法,不过我在自己使用MatPlotLib和ReportLab的时候,通常是先生成PNG格式的图片,然后把这些PNG图片嵌入进去,这样就不需要再用到PIL这个库了。不过,如果你选择使用PIL的话,我觉得你应该可以通过MatPlotLib和ReportLab生成并嵌入EPS格式的图片。

Patrick Maupin,pdfrw的作者,在另一个问题中提供了一个更简单、更直接的答案。(感谢他对我之前回答的赞美。)他还提到,在使用pdfrw提取之前,先将matplotlib图形保存为多页PDF,可以通过减少重复资源来减小最终的reportlab PDF文件大小。所以这里有一个修改过的代码示例,展示了通过先写入多页matplotlib PDF来减少PDF文件大小的方法。在这个例子中,文件大小减少了大约80%。

由于matplotlib的PdfPages只接受文件路径作为输入,PdfImageCache对象会将多页PDF写入一个临时文件。如果尝试在内存中处理,会需要更多的工作。
