python easy_install因setuptools版本错误而失败

要使用更新版本的 setuptools，你需要用它安装的更新版本的 easy_install。注意这一行：

Installing easy_install script to /usr/local/bin

试试这个：

sudo /usr/local/bin/easy_install bbfreeze
