在Windows系统上，如果你使用的是Python 2.5或更高版本，可以通过ctypes这个库来加载user32.dll文件，然后调用一个叫做 SystemParametersInfo() 的函数，并传入SPI_SETDESKWALLPAPER这个动作来设置桌面壁纸。
比如说：
