解决方法是使用 RPM：
dnf install freetype-devel

因为Mac上没有apt-get这个工具，所以在OSX系统上，你可能需要这样做：
brew install freetype
然后你就可以运行：
pip install matplotlib

我在用 pip3 安装 Python 3 的 matplotlib 时也遇到了同样的问题。看起来这个问题和 Python 3 的基本安装有关。你可以先运行：
sudo apt-get build-dep matplotlib
然后再运行
sudo pip3 install matplotlib
这样做可能比只选择性地安装和 matplotlib 相关的库要好。
