我正在使用python3和imaplib来连接一个Exchange服务器。这个Exchange服务器使用的是一个自签名证书,证书是为主机名'my.server.fqdn'创建的。在我最近对工作站(Ubuntu 14.04)进行操作系统升级后,我的python脚本就不再工作了。

我使用的基本代码片段如下:

我不太清楚是python在自签名证书上出了问题,还是SSL版本有问题,或者是python 3中有什么新的东西导致我的旧代码不再工作。

我确实有一个来自Exchange服务器的PEM文件,这让我可以使用curl连接到服务器。虽然认证失败了,但curl在SSL握手过程中进行的检查似乎是正常的。为了让curl正常工作,我需要提供--sslv3选项以及PEM文件的路径。如果我也需要在python中这样做才能让它再次工作,我该如何给python提供相同的信息呢?

显然,这个问题是因为在Ubuntu 12.04和14.04的openssl软件包中,某些版本的TLS协议被禁用了。我最后在python3中使用了一个ssl上下文,并强制将连接的SSL版本设置为3。现在这个方法似乎有效了。希望这能帮助到那些遇到同样问题的人。
