如果你对nc接收到的数据使用urllib.unquote()，它能成功和原始数据进行比较……所以，从客户端来看，没有编码问题。
但是我注意到你没有为Content-Type头使用正确的MIME类型：

应该是

我猜你的Java服务器可能因为这个无效的Content-Type头而错误地解读了数据包。
