安装numpy - 系统找不到指定的文件 (msvcr90.dll)

我这几小时一直在尝试安装numpy，现在终于放弃了，想请教一下大家。

首先，我试过：

一开始我遇到了一个“找不到vcvarsall.bat”的错误，所以我按照这个问题的建议（错误：找不到vcvarsall.bat）安装了Microsoft Visual V++ 2008 Express。但这根本没有用。

然后我尝试换一个编译器，安装了mingw32，并创建了一个disutils.cfg文件，内容是：

compiler = mingw32

然后把这个文件放到Python27\Lib\distutils文件夹里。

这样解决了“找不到vcvarsall.bat”的错误，但现在又出现了一个关于msvcr90.dll的新错误。

我完全不知道该怎么解决这个问题，我已经累了，只想要numpy，哈哈。下面是我运行python setup.py install时的全部输出：
