这意味着需要在ServletContextInitialization阶段添加jsr356支持，这在ServletContextListener中是最好的

我的问题是jetty 9.4原生websocket不再与atmosphere兼容，另一方面jsr356与guice不兼容

我设法让jsr356与vaadin 8.8.1和jetty 9.4一起工作，但它要求VaadinServlet由jetty直接管理。这不适用于Guice，Guice安装了自己的GuiceFilter，Servlet也没有直接注册到Jetty
